I am a Certified Coach, President of MLQ Coaching which is a part of Leadership Solutions Consulting, LLC. I specialize in Coaching Training and Assessment. I am listed on the Mind Garden site (www.mindgarden.com) as one of two people they recommend who can help you design and deliver MLQ training and coaching. I even started a LinkedIn group called "mlqcoaching". I would like to see all leaders learn how to be transformational and work to spread the word in whatever way I can.

I am a graduate of the Fielding Graduate Institute where I earned my PhD in Human and Organization Development.
I have taken numerous certification courses in assessment tools and am master trained in some.
I am on the faculty of the Gestalt International Study Center and the AMA. I have a Coaching Certificate from Marshall Goldsmith Partners and MLQ International for use of MLQ products (MLQ, TMLQ and ODQ).
